Information requested

All correspondence relating to the proposed downgrade of Ninewells neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) received by or communicated from Minister for Public Health and Women's Health, Jenni Minto from September 1 2024 to date.

This includes all forms of communication available, not limited to but including, email, text messages, whatsapp or conventional mail.

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information. The exemptions applied are set out in the attached Annex. I have attached copies of 8 documents which are within the scope of your request.
