Drug Treatment & Testing Orders, Community Payback Orders and Diversion from Prosecution data from 2013-14 to 2023-24.

Local authority data tables published tend to cover the most recent ten year period. As a result, the published tables for diversion from prosecution currently cover years 2015-16 to 2024-25. The tables for drug treatment & testing orders and community payback orders currently cover the years 2014-15 to 2023-24, as 2024-25 data for these orders is not expected to be published until January 2026. I therefore enclose the information you require for years 2013-14 and 2014-15 for diversion from prosecution and for year 2013-14 for drug treatment & testing orders and community payback orders.
