Response

Transport Scotland does not have some of the information you have asked for because some of the information is contained within wider contract costs, and the engagement tools used are provided by our multi-disciplinary design suppliers who are appointed to take forward the design, assessment and promotion of each project. As such Transport Scotland does not hold information on how much is spent annually on all of the engagement tools, below.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Transport Scotland does not have the information you have requested.
