Could you supply all documentation held by the Scottish Government, including correspondence sent and received (including internal), minutes/notes from meetings, briefings and analysis, which mentions UK Government bypassing the Scottish Government and/or the Scottish Parliament, from the last three months?

Response

Most of the information you have requested is enclosed in Annex A of this letter. An exemption under S.30(c) of FOISA applies to a small amount of the information requested. The reason why this exemption applies is explained in Annex B of this letter.
