Information requested
I understand Shirley-Anne Somerville MSP and Neil Gray MSP met with the Equality and Human Rights Commission on or around 11 June 2025. Please provide minutes of that meeting.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested at this time. The reasons why we don't have the information are explained below.
The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because a final version of the minutes has not yet been signed off by all attendees. Once the final meeting minutes have been agreed this may be released through a subsequent FOI request.
