Any correspondence sent to or by Ministerial emails since 8 May 2024 that contain the phrase(s) “birthing persons”, “birthing person”, “birthing people”, “pregnant people”, “pregnant person”, and/or “pregnant persons”.
Any posts on the Scottish Government All-Company group on Viva Engage or similar all-staff intranet sites since 8 May 2024 that contain the phrase(s) “birthing persons”, “birthing person”, “birthing people”, “pregnant people”, “pregnant person”, and/or “pregnant persons".
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information. The exemptions applied are set out in the attached Annex. I have attached copies of 30 documents which are within the scope of your request.
With regards to posts on the Scottish Government All-Company group on Viva Engage or similar allstaff intranet sites, I have attached 2 Viva Engage articles and 1 Saltire article which are within scope.
