1. When will Scottish government be live with HR, Finance and Payroll on the Oracle system?

2. How many other Scottish central government and public sector organisations are part of the Oracle shared service?

3. Please list the names of the other central government and public sector organisations that are part of the Oracle shared service?

4. When does the contract with Oracle and IBM end?

Response

Taking each question in turn, I can provide the following response:

1. Oracle Cloud was implemented in the Scottish Government and 32 public sector organisations on 1 st October 2024.

2. There are 32 public sector organisations that also take the Oracle Cloud shared service from Scottish Government.

3. These organisations can be found in Annex A.

4. The information that you requested, regarding details of the contract end date with Oracle and IBM is available from Public Contracts Scotland (https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/Contracts/Contracts_Search.aspx). The contract IDs are 703306 and 774533. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you.
