Information requested

All information held on the total cost to the Scottish Government of activity related to the Misogyny and Criminal Justice in Scotland Working Group, including:

(a) all fees and expenses paid to members of the working group, and any other costs incurred by the group in producing and disseminating its report, broken down in as much detail as possible; and

(b) all costs incurred in consulting on the report, including production of the consultation analysis.

An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies to some of the information requested because it is personal data of a third parties, which include names of individuals and email addresses, and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018.
