Information relating to a meeting between the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care, Neil Gray MSP, and 4 Health Boards on 23 April regarding the provision of givinostat for those living with Duchene Muscular Dystrophy.

You have requested:

4. Minutes and Action Log from this meeting.

Response

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. Within the enclosures, redactions have been made under section 38(1)(b). An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies to some of the information requested because it is personal data of a third party, i.e. the names/contact details of individuals, and disclosing it would contravene Article 6 (lawfulness of processing) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
