Transport Scotland correspondence regarding Trans-European transport network: FOI release

1. Could you supply all documentation held by Transport Scotland, including correspondence sent and received (including internal), minutes/notes from meetings, briefings, analysis, about the Trans-European Transport Network, from the last six months?

An exemption applies

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to providesome of the infor mation you have requested because exemptions under sections 38(1)(b) - third party personal data, 36(1) - confidentiality in legal proceedings, section 29(1)(a) - formulation or development of government policy, section 30(b)(i) free and frank provision of advice and section 30(b)(ii) free and frank exchange of views of FOISA applies to that information.

The reason why these exemptions apply is set out in the Annex to this letter.
