I have included copies of the information you have requested in Annex B.
On reviewing materials within the scope of your request, exceptions have been applied in line with the EIRs. The exceptions applied can be found in Annex A.
I would like to highlight that of the 16 meetings referred to in the response for Parliamentary Question (PQ) S6W-33252 only 13 of these included both Scottish Ministers and, specifically, representatives from Scottish and Southern Energy Networks (SSEN). Therefore, in line with your request I have provided copies of information held for the 13 meetings within the scope of your request in Annex B.
In regards to the response for Parliamentary Question S6W-34030 which provided details of 15 meetings as opposed to the response for PQ S6W-33252 which noted 16 meetings had taken place. An administrative error led to the omission from the list provided (for PQ S6W-34030) of a roundtable meeting held on 14 November 2024 which included the Cabinet Secretary for Net Zero and Energy, SSEN and other Energy Sector stakeholders. I have included copies of materials held for said meeting in Annex B for your convenience.
