Details of how many people have been convicted and prosecuted for drug driving offences in both Scotland as a whole and in the Highlands and Islands region.

Please note that we are unable to disaggregate 'drug driving' from 'driving under the influence of drink or drugs' offences, unless it involves driving under a controlled substance. The results provided are based on charges. Information on proceedings and convictions in the Highlands and Islands region is based on the location of the court.
The latest available data is for the 2022-23 financial year.
