The backing data for your published report Housing statistics: Scottish Landlord Register data - gov.scot to include the number of registered landlords and number of registered properties for each local authority for each month from January 2022 to December 2024.
A breakdown of the new registrations in the period by portfolio size.
A breakdown in the type of landlord registration e.g., private individual, ltd company etc.
Details of any large portfolios that have been added to the system.
