An updated breakdown of the costs of the pilot shared space that was under development in St Andrews House.

I would like this to be broken down by each individual item with description and cost e.g. carpet -£X.

If this work was undertaken by any third parties I would like to know the updated total costs payable to them.

Please confirm whether these figures include VAT.

Please confirm whether the space contains the following:

• One or more living walls (please provide the cost of this and the annual maintenance costs)
• Yurts or tents to be used as meeting spaces (please provide the cost of these)

We are applying Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 to points 1, 2 and 3 as this information was previously provided in FOI response 202400429946 to you on 30/09/2024 and I can confirm there has been no change.

4. Please confirm whether these figures include VAT.

5. Please confirm whether the space contains the following:

1. One or more living walls (please provide the cost of this and the annual maintenance costs)
2. Yurts or tents to be used as meeting spaces (please provide the cost of these)

No living walls are installed in the space. To support sound absorption and to separate space a wooden partition with coat hooks and storage on one side and preserved moss on the other has been added to the space. This is maintenance free and is not living.

No yurts or tents are installed in the space.
