Information requested
The following recorded information (if held) and/or advice and assistance (s.15, if not held):
1. Any new or updated terms of reference for the SCIEG in relation to it being reconvened.
2. Any minutes of meetings since being reconvened.
3. Any documents (etc.) produced by SCIEG since being reconvened.
4. Any documents mentioned in minutes of meetings (produced by SCIEG and not already covered by Part 3 of the request).
5. Date reference is date reconvened to 31 December 2024.
Response
The Scottish Government has now published and released all minutes from Scottish Cosmetic Interventions Expert Group (SCIEG) meetings held since the group was reconvened.

You will note that, in some cases, the names of attendees have not been provided. In the preparation of these minutes we have asked attendees to confirm whether they are content for their names to be published. Where individuals are not content for their name to be used we have listed their organisational affiliation, and attributed any comments accordingly.
You will note that this approach is discussed within the minutes themselves. Whilst these names are not recorded as redactions we have considered this approach in the light of this FoI request, and our obligations under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
In each case where a name has not been given I have considered this in light of Section 38 of the act, including consideration of the public interest test, and I am comfortable that our approach is in keeping with our responsibilities under the Act, and in terms of the management of personal data, including third party data.
With regards to the new terms of reference which were agreed when the SCIEG group reconvened, these are included in the 25 March 2024 minutes and you can find the link to them here.
While most of the information you have requested is now available online, the Red-Green List discussed at the SCIEG group meeting on 28 May 2024, along with the Risk Category document discussed at the SCIEG group meeting on 27 August 2024, have not yet been published and so they have been included with this response.
