I enclose some of the information you requested. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.

The Scottish Government does not have the paperwork you have asked for because this information is not held as Scottish Government do not deal with Egress directly. However, out with FOISA you may be interested to note that we purchase this software through Sapphire.

Egress is used in a limited fashion within the Scottish Government and under FOISA I have considered the information you have requested and can advise that annual costs are £2,709.47 excluding VAT.
