Response

1. Scottish Government did not recommend or request an external review. Fiona Hogg, the Chief People Officer for NHS Scotland, who is based within Scottish Government, supported NHS Orkney with a request to identify an experienced Health system leader from outside NHS Scotland and made the introduction of Tracy Myhill to the Chair and Chief Executive.

2. As above, Scottish Government did not recommend or request an external review. This work has been commissioned by NHS Orkney, directly with Tracy Myhill and will be invoiced directly to them. We do not hold this information in Scottish Government.
