Workplace adjustments for Scottish Government colleagues: FOI release

Information requested

Statistics on the number of colleagues where adjustments have been made in the work place in Scottish Government core and any of it's agencies eg Social Security Scotland, Revenue Scotland, etc. around the amendment to absence triggers for disabled staff or those living with long term chronic health conditions.

Response

I have interpreted your request to mean the number of colleagues who currently have an adjustment to an absence trigger. We currently have 136 employees who have an adjustment to their absence triggers.

Adjustments to absence triggers apply for a 12 month period and are then subject to review. Reviews are conducted on a case-by-case basis taking account of individual circumstances and medical advice.
