Transport Scotland is part of the Scottish Government procurement process for core contracts. This means that as the Scottish Government procures such contracts, Transport Scotland are automatically included and have access to these through our centralised systems. Transport Scotland does not have a contract for "tail end spend". Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you.
