I can confirm that Scotland pledged £2 million for loss and damage at COP26. How that was spent is outlined within the following table, which also ties into the wider now £10 million pledged to address loss and damage across this parliamentary term:

This programme funded projects in the Global South to address loss & damage, including in the Pacific, Bangladesh, and Malawi as well as a youth-led participatory grant making council.

This programme supported communities in Malawi that experienced loss and damage following tropical storms Ana and Gombe.

Stockholm Environment Institute

Funding for research on operationalising finance for loss and damage and underpinning this finance with Climate Justice principles
