1. Can you please advise how many pharmacy contract applications and subsequent appeals remain outstanding?

Response

The Scottish Government does not have all of the information you have asked for because Health Boards are responsible for convening Pharmacy Practice Committees and as such, the Scottish Government doesn’t hold information on the number of pharmacy contract applications currently awaiting consideration.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have all of the information you have requested.

In response to the second part of your request, the answer is that there are currently 16 appeals awaiting consideration by the National Appeals Panel.
