Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
Information requested
The full names of all Chairperson and CEO of all Scottish Government or Scottish Ministers owned / controlled companies and organisations and who has held these positions since 2016 including which organisation they were responsible for and dates tenures ended.
Response
We have endeavoured to include all the relevant information we have judged to be within scope of this request. However, please note that due to the broad nature of the request it is open to interpretation as to what precise companies and organisations can be considered to be owned / controlled by Scottish Government or Scottish Ministers.
I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested attached separately in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.
Some of the information you have requested that the Scottish Government does not hold will be available from each individual company / organisation. Should the information provided here not give you the desired information you may wish to contact the individual company / organisation directly who may be able to help you.
