The total costs per year from the Scottish Government to talking clock/speaking clock services in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and so far in 2023.

Response

The Scottish Government does not hold historical call records that would show individual calls and associated costs beyond 120 days or 1 year depending on the supplier. In the records that we do hold, there is a single call to 123 from a Scottish Government number in 2023.
