Information requested
A breakdown of how much has been spent each year since 2012 on clearing the A83 Road of debris from landslips and landslides, if possible I would like the data broken down into months or quarters for the time period.
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Transport Scotland does not have some of the information you have requested. Therefore we are refusing your request under the exemption at regulation 17 of the FOIs This is because prior to 2012 costs for the this type of work was incorporated in the route spend for the A83, and not a separate cost.
Please see Annex A to this response, cost of clean ups from 2012 – 2023 broken down by month.
