1. What was the date of formation of these groups?

2. Who is a member of these group?

3. What is the cost to the Scottish Government of operating these group from the date of formation to 4/10/23?

4. Are any members of these group renumerated, if so what for?

A. Road Safety Operational Partnership Group
1. The Road Safety Operational Partnership Group was formed in 2010.

2. The Road Safety Operational Partnership Group members are - Transport Scotland Road Safety Policy and Education, Transport Scotland Safety and Development. Transport Scotland Road Safety Policy, Transport Scotland Safety Camera Programme, Transport Scotland Sustainable and Active Travel, Road Safety Scotland, Cycling Scotland, IAM RoadSmart, Living Streets Scotland, RoSPA, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, Motorcycle Action Group, Scottish Community Safety Network, SCOTS, Association of British Insurers, Scottish Ambulance Service, Health and Safety Executive, Association of British Insurers and Police Scotland.

3. No costs was incurred by the Scottish Government.

4. No members were remunerated.

B. Motorcycle Safety Group
1. The Motorcycle Safety Group was formed in 2021.

2. The Motorcycle Safety Group members are -Transport Scotland Road Safety Policy and Education, IAM RoadSmart, National Motorcycle Council, British Motorcycle Federation, Police Scotland, Scottish Government, Road Safety Scotland, Transport Scotland Safety and Development, SOLACE, COSLA and Motorcycle Action Group.

3. No costs were incurred by the Scottish Government.

4. No members were remunerated.

C. The Parking Standards Advisory Group
1. The Parking Standards Group was formed in 2018.

2. The Parking Standards Group members are Living Streets Scotland, Convention of Scottish Local Authorities Association (COSLA), the parking industry, Guide Dogs Scotland, local authorities, Regional Transport Partnership, Cycling Scotland and the Federation of Small Businesses

3. No costs was incurred by the Scottish Government.

4. No members were remunerated.

D. The Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) Review Group
1. The TRO Review Group was formed in 2021.

2. The TRO Review Group members are the City of Edinburgh Council, Glasgow City Council, Aberdeenshire Council, East Lothian Council and Dundee City Council, and other parties, such as the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities Association (COSLA), the Society of Chief Officers of Transportation in Scotland (SCOTS) and Sustrans.

3. No costs were incurred by the Scottish Government.

4. No members were remunerated.
