Information requested

My request is for a document, or part of it, or documents, produced and held by you or your predecessor body and the particular document is dated 11/07/2017 and is titled:

Version 2.1 HR Policy HR Procedure - Redundancy

As a very minimum please, would you (or another officer) let me have a copy of its front sheet, any index, and/or contents list and page 1, together with any pages numbered after page 16. If, however, your organisation holds the entire document please would you provide a copy of that instead.

If your organisation should also hold a copy of any later version(s) that is/are dated after 11 July 2017, please would you also let me have full copies of those also.
