Information requested

All email correspondence sent or received by the Scottish Government Special Adviser Ewan Crawford, 1st May 2021 - date, mentioning “euro” and “currency”.

Your clarification sent on 26 February 2023 confirmed that you are looking for email correspondence sent or received from 1 May 2021 to the date of your request, rather than emails specifically sent or received on 1 May 2021.

Response

Most of the information you have requested is enclosed in Annex A of this letter.

Exemptions under Sections 38(1)(b) (Personal Information) and 30(b)(ii) (Free and Frank Exchange of Views for the Purposes of Deliberation) of FOISA apply to some of the information requested. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in Annex B of this letter.
