Who is your social media management and monitoring tool supplier?
Disclosure Scotland’s Communications Team manage our social media (Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn). The professional version of Hootsuite is used as a tool to manage and monitor the engagement of content across all three of our platforms.

Start date & duration of framework/contract with the supplier?
The professional version of Hootsuite was implemented on 29 September 2022 with a 12-month duration, the contract will end on 28 September 2023. Renewal of the contract will be subject to evaluation.

Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date?
The total spend on the contract was £561.60, which covers the 12-month period from 29 September 2022. This is broken down as follows:

Professional Plan - Annual (Hootsuite Recurring Service - 1 @ 468.00)	£468.00
Value Added Tax (VAT)	£93.60
Amount Paid:	£561.60

The senior officer responsible for the professional Hootsuite contract is the Director of Policy, Customer Engagement, Communications and Finance in Disclosure Scotland.
