Advise on the following questions for the period 1st April 2022 - 31st March 2023:

1. What is the total recruitment budget for this period?

2. Who is the senior responsible officer/board member(s) responsible for dispensing this budget?

3. What is the organisational structure within your recruitment and HR teams at the Water Services Regulation Authority?

1. What is the total recruitment budget for this period?

1. The Scottish Government recommend that section 12 FOISA - the £600 cost limit - is applied in this instance as we are unable to retrieve information based on each Directorate being responsible for their own budget. Therefore the cost on this would be in excess of the £600 limit.

2. Who is the senior responsible officer/board member(s) responsible for dispensing this budget?

2. Budget Centre liaison Officers (BCLO) for each Directorate.

3. What is the organisational structure within your recruitment and HR teams at the Water Services Regulation Authority?
