Information requested

Information regarding pay supplements and Health & Safety practitioner grades across the Scottish Government, its Agencies and other bodies e.g. NDPB’s. I have attached your full FOI request in Annex A.


While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. My answer will therefore be based on information relating to the Scottish Government Main (SGM) bargaining unit only. You can find information on which bodies are included within SGM in Annex B. This is a formal notification that under Section 17(1) of FOISA we do not hold information relating to bodies not within SGM.

I have noted my answers to each of your questions in Annex A and have attached a table of all pay supplements payable within SGM in Annex C.
