What percentage or amount of food and drink is procured by the Scottish Government is from Scotland (grown or reared in)? This can include food and drink used in staff and public canteens and cafes in Scottish Government buildings as well as events that the Scottish Government is catering for.

Response

The table below identifies the items routinely reported to the Scottish Government by its Catering provider Sodexo in relation to local purchasing. Many of the items reported as UK Red Tractor may have also been grown or reared in Scotland but no further breakdown of these is available.
