Information requested
How much by way of performance deductions were applied to CalMac Ferries Limited by Transport Scotland so far this year, in 2021/22 and for 2020/21, 2019/20, 2018/19, 2017/18, 2016/17 and 2015/16 for running the Clyde and Hebrides Ferry Service.
Response
The Clyde and Hebrides ferry service contract commenced on 1 October 2016 and operates by Contract Year, October to September. As this is the format we hold the information, it has been listed by Contract Year (CY).
The table below details performance deductions in relation to cancelled or late ferry sailings as per the conditions set within the CHFS2 contract applied by Transport Scotland.
