1. A copy of the underlying data in electronic format for the Dunfermline Kingseat Road cycling statistics.

2. The actual number per day for March 2019, 2020 and 2021 at the Kingseat count.

3. The method and period of time for collecting this data.

Response

Most of the information you have requested is available from available publicly from the Cycling Scotland Open Data Portal. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.

In terms of the method of collection, this data is collected using automatic cycle counters which capture the number of bikes riding past a specific point.
