Has the 2022 employee pay review/settlement has now been finalised and implemented?
If so, please find enclosed a Freedom of Information request regarding this matter.
If it has yet to be concluded do you happen to know when would be best to submit the request again?
Response
The answer to your question is: The 2022 pay review process for the Scottish Government Main (SGM) pay bargaining unit has not yet been finalised. The bodies falling within SGM are listed at Annex A. For your information the Scottish Government undertakes central collective bargaining on pay and terms and conditions of employment for staff in those bodies falling under SGM. The bodies are unable to respond individually to such queries which are referred to Scottish Government People Directorate.
