For us to distinguish between errors of processing’ and ‘errors relating to erroneous procedures.

Our current system does not capture the split that you have requested but I can provide information regarding overpayments that were made:
20/21 – Errors caused by business area or employee: 76
Errors caused by HR: 64
Total: 140
21/22 – Errors caused by business area or employee: 130
Errors caused by HR: 20
Total: 150
