Bullying and harassment concerns at NHS Grampian and Royal Cornhill Hospital: FOI release

Information requested

To date how many bullying and harassment concerns have been raised and/or investigated with/by NHS Grampian and Royal Cornhill Hospital in Aberdeen?

Response

The number of formal bullying and harassment concerns raised in NHS Grampian that the health board have reported to the Scottish Government through the staff governance monitoring exercise, since we started asking that question in 2017, is 22 ( twenty two) to date.

With regard to information specific to Royal Cornhill Hospital we advise a formal notice under section 17 (1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.

We would suggest that this would be for the relevant NHS Health Board, in this case NHS Grampian, to respond to in accordance with the principles of data protection and confidentiality.
