Any correspondence (including emails, attachments, typed or handwritten notes, letters, notes/records of phone calls, minutes of meetings, briefings, WhatsApp messages or otherwise) between Marine Scotland and Cabinet Secretary Mairi Gougeon MSP and correspondence between Marine Scotland and Minister MÃ iri McAllan regarding the 2022-23 Scottish Government budget.
Response
I have reviewed all budget related correspondence that was communicated from Marine Scotland to either the Cabinet Secretary Mairi Gougeon MSP or Minister Mairi McAllan MSP. The resulting search identified one document that met this criteria of which the Marine Scotland inclusion was contained as a subset of the wider text. For the purposes of your request I have therefore extracted the relevant parts and included within the attached annex.
