Response

I have concluded that the original decision be confirmed, with modifications.

1. I am satisfied, following a review of the searches carried out by the initial case handler, and on the basis of searches that I completed for the purposes of the review, that no information is held by the SG in relation to point 1 of your request and that the original response explained this to you quoting section 17(1) (information not held) of FOISA.

Therefore, section 17(1) should not have been applied to this part of your request and I am substituting the exemption at s25(1) (information otherwise accessible). Please see the excerpt below added for your convenience.
