Meetings regarding Joint Economic Declaration with the Government of Bavaria: FOI release

Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002

Information requested

Could you provide me with a list of meetings together with any minutes since 2018 involving:

a) The First Minister
b) Members of the Scottish Government
discussing the Joint Economic Declaration with the Government of Bavaria with:

i) The UK Government
ii) The European Union
iii) The Government of Bavaria
iv) The German Government
v) Scottish Business Leaders
vi) Scottish Trade Unions.

If any details are to hand regarding security and transport costs I would greatly appreciate these.

I do not require details of the meetings in 2017 when the Declaration was first agreed as I can appreciate those would be great in number. Just those since 2018 when the Declaration has been an important part of our nation's national character.
