Please provide the service level agreement/contract between the Scottish Government and Care and Repair Scotland for the purposes of delivering £500,000 financial support to low income older person households regarding the new smoke and fire alarm standards.
Please also provide management information and/or reports provided by Care and Repair Scotland to the Scottish Government Scotland which include the expenditure of the funding, and number and nature of enquiries received.

I attach a copy of some of the information you requested. We do not have a service level agreement or contract for this project, but there is an offer of grant, a copy of which is attached.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. We do not have any management information or reports from Care and Repair Scotland, though under the terms of the grant these will be available at a later date.
