Correspondence relating to Scottish Parliament and Call it Out: FOI release

Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002

Information requested

You asked for any and all information, minutes of meetings and calls between the Scottish government, ministers and/or members of the Scottish Parliament and the special interest group Call it Out. Also, any and all information on meetings and/or calls between the Scottish government, minsters and/or members of the Scottish parliament and Angela Haggerty, Jeanette Findlay and other singular members of Call It Out.

Response

Attached is a copy of all of the information requested.

An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. You will notice that personal details, such as names and personal email addresses pertaining to third parties, have been redacted. These are marked in the document as "[redacted]". The reason for this is so that we comply with UK GDPR legislation around personal data.

Two lines in the disclosure document are redacted as they are not in the scope of this enquiry, as they are not either correspondence between the Scottish Government and Call It Out, nor are they information on meetings which representatives from Call it Out attended. These are marked on pages 23 and 35.
