Information requested

1. Scottish Government policy on use of work email addresses for non-work related communications.

2. Scottish Government policy on Scottish Government staff members working for another employer (or third party) – whether this be part-time, freelance or on an ad-hoc consultancy basis.

1. IT Code of Conduct which includes guidance on personal use of our IT equipment and our guidance on email best practice.

2. Outside occupations or undertakings policy which includes guidance on when employees need to report any outside occupation or activity which includes working for another employer.
