I understand that the steering group of the Gourock, Dunoon, Kilcreggan Infrastructure and Vessels Project (GDKIVP) met on May 10th 2021.

Please supply agenda reports, minutes etc. considered at that meeting, as well as any background documents considered (e.g. presentations, reports).

I attach a copy of most of the information you requested, which can be found at Annex A.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exceptions under regulations 10(4)(d), 10(5)(e) and 11(2) of the EIRs apply to that information.

The reasons why those exceptions apply are explained in Annex B.
