The answer to your question is: there have been 2 prosecutions of a charge under section 31 of the Criminal and Justice Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010, from the time the Act commenced until 2019-20.

  • One prosecution in 2013-14 and found not guilty.
  • One prosecution resulting in a conviction in 2017-18.
