“On April 21 a blog post was published by the CEO of mobile phone messaging app Signal:

The blog called into question the security of Cellebrite forensic analysis tools. These tools are used by Police Scotland.

Please could you supply me with copies or records of all correspondence between Scottish Government officials and members of the Independent advisory group on emerging technologies in policing group that relate to the use of Cellebrite tools:

I am interested in records of all communications in any format. This may include WhatsApp, Signal or other mobile messages sent, as well as emails, reports or more lengthy written materials.”
