Any agendas, minutes, briefings, emails, correspondence between Scottish Government or NHS officials and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement  from 1st February 2021 to present.

I attach a copy of the information you requested (plus attachments), namely the correspondence that we have between Scottish Government and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) between 1 February 2021 and 6 May 2021 (the date of receipt of your request).

An exemption(s) under section(s) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) applies  to some of the information you have requested. Exemptions applied include:

  • s.25 (1) Information otherwise accessible
  • s.29(1)(a) Formulation or development of Scottish Government policy
  • s.33 (1)(b) disclosure would (or would be likely to) prejudice substantially the commercial interests of any person or organisation
  • s.38(1)(b) Personal data relating to third party)
