Any documents, research or written information produced in relation to a meeting of the Carers Collaborative as referenced on p32-35 of this letter (this includes any minutes taken from the meeting, results of the poll of carers representatives on IJBs and any written information on areas of progress/barriers to progress that were identified during the meeting).

I attach a copy of the information you requested. In addition, I can confirm that no Scottish Government official was present at the meeting in question.
