Scottish Parliament Corporate Body (SPCB) correspondence: FOI release

Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002

Information requested

"Any correspondence (including emails, attachments, typed or handwritten notes, letters, notes/records of phone calls, minutes of meetings, briefings or otherwise) between the Scottish Government and the Scottish Parliament Corporate Body regarding any submissions, written or oral, made to the Scottish Government Handling of Harassment Complaints Committee.

Please limit the date to between 1 August 2020 and the present date."

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because, having conducted reasonable and proportionate searches we have found no records within the scope of your
request.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.

Outwith FOISA, it might be helpful to say that, although not to the Scottish Parliament Corporate Body, there is one item of correspondence from the Scottish Government to the Presiding Officer and the Convener of the Committee on the Scottish Government Handling of Harassment Complaints from December 2020. This has been published on the Committee webpages and I have attached a link below;
