I attach a copy of the information as requested.
Some of the information you have requested, the DPEA's Report to Scottish Ministers dated 21 October 2020 was referenced and included as an attachment in the covering email to PO/Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure and Connectivity, however this document is available to view from www.energyconsents.scot at reference ECU00000426 at Determinations.
Under regulation 6(1) (b) of the EIRs, we do not have to give you information which is already publicly available and easily accessible to you in another form or format.
