Information requested
"All communications, including but not limited to minutes, telephone calls, emails, between the Scottish Government, Independent GiRFEC panel members, steering group members, GiRFEC lead, and the ICO relating to GiRFEC, including but not limited to wellbeing, SHANARRI, thresholds, Named Person, lawful basis for processing, since Sept 2019."

I attach a copy of most of the information you requested.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because of exemptions under sections:
- Section 29(1)(a) (formulation or development of government policy
- Section 30(b)(i) (free and frank provision of advice)
- Section 30(c) (substantial prejudice to the effective conduct of public affairs
- Section 38(1)(b) (personal information)
The reasons why that exemptions applies are explained in the Annex to this letter.
